Productivity and Performance can be adversely affected by many different factors.  The state of being of a leader has everything to do with how effective a leader is in providing leadership and development for their employees.  The course introduces participants to understanding the nature and process of thought.  The distinction between this and other approaches is that the focus in on the very factthat we think, rather than focusing on content – what we think.

We will look at how thought, and the quality of thinking of leaders has a profound impact upon their own productivity and performance and their people and organisation.  The healthy thinking of any organisation is critical to its future success as we are increasingly faced with the challenge of speed.  Too often, urgency gets in the way of people being creative and innovative and making good decisions.  Thinking becomes muddled, relationships deteriorate and costly mistakes are often made.

The approach introduces principles that areso simple and fundamental, that simply understanding them has the power to spontaneously produce positive outcomes. This frees participants from having to memorise and practice mental models and self-improvement techniques.

Stress and related dissatisfaction and negativity are understood to be by-products of not living consistently in healthy functioning. Rather than dealing with the symptoms, the approach goes to the source by strengthening health. The by-products naturally begin to diminish and disappear.
