Overview
‘Quiet Leadership’ will help you face the great challenge of leadership – helping people think better – rather than telling them what to do! It will provide you with insight into how using brain based coaching you can help others to resolve challenges they face much more quickly than before.
This Short Course's core objectives are to improve performance, increase effectiveness of conversations and build engagement. It will show you how you can drive performance through effective coaching conversations.
You will receive a free copy of Quiet Leadership by David Rock. Quiet Leadership focuses on using the knowledge of how our brain works to master some powerful processes and structures that enable you to coach people much more effectively towards individual and organisational goals.
- It will provide you with deep skills for interacting with performance on a daily through annual basis
- It will provide you with a whole new approach to managing performance founded on the science of how the brain works, and is taught experientially through live, challenging exercises
As well as learning and practicing core coaching skills, you will:
- practice interacting with poor, average and good performance
- redesign the way performance reviews are delivered

There will be observed coaching exercises with trainer feedback. Theoretical delivery will be interspersed with experiential work to develop the conversation model skills plus practicing reinventing core regular events. There will be small group work. It will be fast paced, challenging and fun. It will use exercises that will be relevant to the your daily experiences.
