Overview
Supply chain management (SCM) initiatives linked to corporate strategy can play a powerful role in helping your firm achieve a competitive advantage. But achieving this requires the implementation of core cross-functional, cross-firm processes throughout the organisation.
The University of Auckland’s Graduate School of Enterprise and Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business are pleased to present a leadership program to help you make a substantial impact in the overall success of your business. The Supply Chain Management Programme is a prime opportunity for you to develop best practices for implementing and leading supply chains on a global scale.
Supply chain management is the integration of key business processes from end user through original suppliers that provides products, services and information that add value for customers and other stakeholders. It focuses on the management of the relationships between firms in the supply chain. Because these relationships can be complex, all business functions need to be involved.
Internationally respected faculty from The University of Auckland and Ohio State University (USA), experienced in academia and business, provide valuable insight into the frameworks, strategies, and tactics leading to the successful design and implementation of competitive supply chains.
You will leave Supply Chain Management Programme with a concrete programme for implementing the supply chain processes into new directions and results for your firm.
