Your organisation's leaders should set directions and create a customer focus, clear and visible values and high expectations. The directions, values and expectations must balance the needs of all your stakeholders.

This Snapshot is designed to provide participants with a 6-point framework for communicating the vision to each and every stakeholder group commensurate with the requirement of the audience. It is not about some bland 50 word advertising slogan that many organisations engage in. It is about creating a coherent visual story about your destination.
