Overview
Working to your strengths means more engagement, higher productivity, better flexibility and positive results for your organisation.
This Short Course explores the nature of a strengths based approach, which is directly correlated with performance and productivity in any organisation. We will look at Gallup organisation’s Buckingham Clifton and Rathand Positive psychologists Martin Seligman, Mihaly Csikszentimahalyi and Kaplan’s Balanced Scorecard. In addition, we will draw on contemporary neuroscience practitioners Matt Liebermann, Jeffry Schwartz and John Ratey.
