Roger Branch
Roger Branch (BSc Physics, American University) is associate director of Kinross Partners, an executive search firm focused on building boards and management teams for growth businesses.
Before moving to New Zealand in 2006, Roger held senior positions as training and organisational effectiveness manager for Pratt & Whitney and Pepsi. He was also a consultant with Booz-Allen & Hamilton with strategy, systems, and quality related client engagements worldwide. Following his consulting experience, Roger was Vice President of CDI Corporation, a $1.5 billion revenue company. He also ran his own executive search and consulting business in the US.
In addition to his corporate experience, Roger was Adjunct Professor at American University in Washington, DC, teaching undergraduate and MBA courses in leadership and quality systems. He has been delivering corporate and university-level training on change management, leadership, management, quality systems, strategic planning, and teamwork.
Roger’s business articles have been published in National Business Review, NZ Management, The Director, and Boardroom. He is currently on the Council of the Angel Association.
